What happened to our sites/newsletters for so long? It involves personal and massive child sex slavery, media and legal corruption on a global scale. Read what happened to my wife, little sister, mother in law who were mind controlled slaves until a few years ago. What happened when we tried to do something about it, and links to bigger things with warnings to protect YOUR kids. Because of the level of corruption you’ll read about, all caring people need to act now through a grass roots movement, using the internet, forums, blogs, word of mouth or anything that can help to get the word out and at least help in a small way. Dear friends and supporters, This is going to sound like a horror movie, a Stephen King novel, science fiction to many of you. I didn’t even believe it all until I studied it more, and talked to trusted high level law enforcement friends. Research it yourself. Later we’ll also give you some tips. I’m Steven, the president of WH, Inc., who provides this site, publishes the books and helped start the non-profit GRO with my family. Ordinarily I stay uninvolved unless products are involved. Let me turn it over to my wife for now. We’ve all heard about the Catholic sex scandals of recent years. Not to minimize that, but it’s just a drop in the bucket compared to what is going on in the world by others. I’m going to tell you about what just one of the things that happened to me and my little sister and she'll tell some of her story. Child sex slavery including torture and worse, are real and have grown to a scale that more than half of everyone you meet is involved in some way – either selling or buying them to brothels, mining camps, even “cults”. Incest and beatings are also on the rise as well as “turning a blind eye” by spouses, relatives and friends. It makes the horrible days of black slave trading look like a small flea market compared to a super mall. See the links at the bottom for more on the global picture. But now the above horrible things have now touched our lives very directly. When I was growing up, my little sister, and mother, were all victims. We were part of one of the larger organized groups (10 million) that posed as a “church” (not one you’ve likely ever heard of, but have probably passed on the street without knowing it). I can’t say anymore without further endangering us all at this time. The below, I, family, friends, physicians, therapists and others mostly directly experienced or witnessed through legal surveillance, police and court records and our “ex-father’s” own confessions (recorded and personally witnessed). One book I’ve heard about covers some of this, can be found by going to Amazon.com, then go to the “author’s name” section and type in Fritz Springmeier. He has several books. I can’t vouch for them because I haven’t had time to read them, but they sound likely to be real. What my family has experienced, has had done to them since birth, may be covered. And it’s just part of the problem – only dealing with people deliberately raised since birth, and “programmed” so they will shift into a forcibly created personality and when done, forget what they did. The title of this one book mentioned, (the title is deliberately misspelled or incomplete, is essentially – “Th ilumant formula to make an undetectable total ____ controlled _____”. You should be able to figure which one it is after you read the titles of the various books. It came up when I was web surfing trying to figure more out about what happened to me, my sister and mother. Also, a movie I saw finally makes sense now and why Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman were making such a big deal and having press conferences about it. They were protesting it being so radically edited that virtually no one would really know what it was all about (unless they already knew all what you’re about to read here). And the famous director (Stanley Kubrick), died, like many of the film’s characters. Since this story wasn’t ready yet, our first “come back” story in a long time was about how to save hundreds or thousands on gas. That story only took about a week, was close to being done, and especially with the rise in prices and vacation time, it’s already saved people thousands and thousands of dollars. And I think the “get rich with a home internet business” story may be finished soon also. Remember, what goes around comes around. Please spread any good fortune that comes your way. I’m sure some of you already have, and for that, we thank you sincerely. Please don’t take this as “egoed out”, it’s as far from that as possible. My new family and I just want to help everyone, especially the only part of us that we believe goes on forever, not just our bodies that only last so long. You can only live and die with a truly clean conscience if it is through ALL the ACTIONS of your life (not just because YOU “consider” yourself a good person). If you were definitely going to die in the next half hour, do you have nothing you need to do or say to leave with a perfectly clean conscience? Have you lived a life of always DOING compassionate deeds and NO harm? If not, “what you reap you sow” or other religions call “karma”, will have it’s toll. At least that’s just my personal belief. So what do I do? Not that much compared to many. I help my husband and family with what I can. The following story takes a combination of compassion and being able to function and see through your tears while you’re crying. You need a steel shielded bleeding heart to both have the compassion, deep feeling, sorrow, and strength to go on living a truly good hearted life. And that’s just starting with what happened to us, let alone the rest of what’s going on. About 5 years ago we got married. I told Steven about how I was raped and cut when I was 8, by a 78 year old pedophile child rapist named Zemba. I’m 23 now, and still suffering from it badly. My cousins were also little girls, raped by the same man. He pled guilty and got sentenced to 1 year per child, and only served a TOTAL of 52 days. He lived a couple of decades longer, across from an elementary school I’m told, prior to the sex offender registry laws. He was wealthy, owned property. Someone got it. And the cop on the case, who hated his habit of letting criminals off, said he never saw him not set up trust funds for kid victims. I never felt right about the whole thing, and we eventually got a PI to look into it more. We’ve now read that and all the legal documents, which led to questions that needed answers by my ex-dad. So I called him and started asking. That began about a week’s worth of bull, beating around the bush, and shocking confessions. We’ve all heard many horrible things about what he did, out of his own mouth. Jim (what we call our ex-dad now) sold me to Zemba and delivered me to him. If you had an 8 year old who got a serious and psycho sounding “love letter” that repeated “I love you, I need you, I want you” written in different colors and styles for 7 pages, from an old man, how would you react? Would you keep inviting him over and encouraging her to sit on his lap and take money? Have him babysit her alone? Even after getting an OK from your parents (at about age 45 yourself)? Or would alarm bells be going off and probably a call to the cops? And as long as the law doesn’t stop the REAL people who do this, YOUR kids are at risk too, if not already part of it to one degree or another, with or without their or your knowledge. There are programs out there that let you monitor their internet use, decode the “code words” used by pedophiles, etc. Even sending them to school and other people’s houses that you don’t really know and trust, puts them at risk. Yeah, it’s more trouble and has its problems, but these are very different times and you have to weigh the risks. My sister started home schooling, and she’s excelled, both mentally and emotionally, and homeschoolers are wanted by the best colleges. She plans on someday starting a “child safe” friendship site too. It was difficult to drag all these horror stories of what Jim did out of him, between the squirming, constantly changes stories, lies, fake crying to pretend remorse, etc., Jim is what some call a sociopath and chronic liar (look it up or watch the short video by Anna Salter – it shows “before and after” stories, and may surprise you who does and doesn’t turn out to be telling the truth.) Jim eventually admitted he knew the old man was psychotic though, which he said he didn’t even know what it meant at first. The same pedophile “love letter”, besides having money in it, also had instructions to Jim for how Zemba wanted me “delivered” to him – alone, and in a dress he bought for me. I already had to do “lap dancing” on him every time he came over, for $20 each time, which Jim gladly “took care of for me”. Then the day came. Against my extreme protests, kicking and screaming the whole way, Jim took me over anyway. Jim even confessed he knew the child rapist psycho might mutilate or kill me and he might never me again (through fake sobbing). This week long conversation shocked and angered us beyond belief, was also totally draining in many ways, and my father in law hasn’t been out of his room since, except for necessary travel to keep moving. The father (my uncle) who left his little girls alone with the man too, were relatives, and ministers of the same “church” (a cult by definitions) with competing congregations. He and Jim made police reports a month later, Jim just after his. His girls are now grown up and “good members” who tried to trick me back into it, then got pissed and gave up when it failed (all part of what you’re supposed to do if someone leaves). Allegedly the babysitting by Zemba had to be done because both my parents went to a church function. BUT, my brothers were being babysat at home, at the same time I was brought over to be alone with sicko-man. And after being convicted of raping us, Zemba, said something in court about the fathers competing for recruiting him into their own congregations. What was this, a competition using little girls being raped as part of a sick game for promotion or favor in the eyes of superiors? I guess that would be a great way to get an old pedophile to join. Zemba, when he had me alone, showed me a gun for “bad girls” and money for “good ones” before he started. When I came home there was blood on my underwear. Mom didn’t see it, and later said a nurse who examined me with a doctor 2 MONTHS LATER, said something to her like “I know you don’t want to hear this, but she was raped”. I tried calling 911 when it was happening and had the phone smashed down on my hands. I also wasn’t allowed alone in a room with a phone. Zemba drove me home when he was finished, then hung around for a while. When he finally did leave, I ran to daddy and begged him to call 911 right away. Jim told me he did. Then on his recorded confession it started to change. First to “since it was Saturday night, I did it after church the next day”. Yeah, making me sit near him, while he looked at me with eyes that could kill (because he knew I’d talked). Jim never stood up and denounced him before the entire congregation, as a normal father would have. Then Jim said something like he didn’t call the police then, but did it Monday. Then I think he changed it to a week later or something. Eventually, it turned out that it wasn’t for A MONTH, which is what the police reports say. At least the other “minister” reported a sword or knife being used on one of his daughters. Jim didn’t say anything. About why he waited so long, when he confessed he admitted he wanted to make sure the evidence was all destroyed. He didn’t even report it at all until after mom spoke with the mother of the other minister’s daughters’ mother. Me, my sister and mom have been pimped, raped, emotionally and physically abused our entire lives, in the most disgusting, destructive, devastating and terrorizing ways. While we can write well, in the past they all had great difficulty communicating verbally and were diagnosed with PTSD (post traumatic distress disorder) and DID (dissociative identity disorder – for a book on that read “Got Parts?”). Constant therapy has helped to where we can now effectively communicate and testify very well, which we are raring to do. Then there’s my little sister. It is very hard for my family or I to discuss or think about without debilitating emotions of tears and rage, knowing what the poor innocent thing’s endured from a tiny child to teen. And she remembers horrible details going back to being very young, that she wishes she could forget. If fact, it’s so hard for me to discuss, I’m going to turn it over to her in a moment. Even though some different techniques were used on us, both she and I were abused so much we both had some version of a psychological syndrome in which we thought we were in love with him, while being frightened at the same time. Thank God that sick forced “love” for him has changed to rage and wanting justice, to get him off the streets for the safety of all children, and for him to experience “you reap what you sow” and find out first hand what it’s like to be raped and helpless. Unfortunately, it may still be too long.] FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Local Child Pimp’s Sick Crimes Far Worse Than Warren Jeffs – Free to Prey on Our Kids. Why No Charges? Confessed child pimp/rapist free to pimp and rape kids anywhere, has already done so in many states. Some are passing capital punishment laws, why is he totally left alone? Want a “rental” baby, adolescent or teen sex slave? Whatever you want, the Rev. Jim Cernan’s sick “menu” has it. If not, perhaps your child will fill an order. I know my sister and I have directly experienced that and more. Even from grandpa. They even bound me so I couldn’t move while they cut off my air for periods of time while saying things to me I don’t remember, and even other really sick things to my sister. Just so you don’t think I’m some wacky kid, I have the IQ of the average PhD, even though I’m only going on 16. I’ve also taken accredited college courses, including Constitutional law. I know you can’t really, but at least try imagining the most horrible and atrocious WORSE THAN “slasher movie” type of things happening to you throughout your childhood and adolescence, both sexually and physically, including torture and suffocation. Such things happened to me and my sister. I won’t spell out the details, because I’ve seen that people can’t take it. The just start “drifting away” when I’m telling them. I understand. And then of course, there are some who are involved or have done it. My sister and I can “sense” it. You may not even be capable of imagining things so awful. Things so unspeakable that every day, they make you suffer and relive it, make you wish you could either forget them, just go to sleep forever and never wake up, or die. And you know it will happen every day of the rest of your life. I think that’s why states are finally starting to make it the only other capital punishment crime other than murder. It’s worse than murder. That only lasts a little while, and it’s gladly over. So you should be beginning to get the idea. These things I’m talking about would be banned from even an X rated movie, considered child porn or worse. They would be illegal to possess or watch. Now imagine the people doing it to you being your father, grandfather, all your closest relatives. Never, ever being able to get it off your mind. Unable to enjoy anything, any kind of real happiness. Now imagine it being you, or finding out it happened to your own child or one you love. If fact, it may have. I’m sorry if so. But the statistics on this sort of thing are truly unbelievable. Now on top of that, imagine trying to go to the police, and made to go through it all again with telling strangers the details, and then being treated like a victim. And in some cases, them even being the police who are involved or the perps. If fact, one state patrol detective specializing in investigating these kind of cases, found one where a woman forced to be a “cult breeder (baby maker) tried to get out of it, and had a cultist officer assigned to her case. There’s a famous psychologist that teaches at Oregon state University, Dr. Jennifer Freyd (email and site below). She coined a term called Betrayal Trauma. That’s one of the things that happens when just someone you love, trust or consider a protector, does it to you. Then when the people that are supposed to protect you from them, also do it, then what do you call it? There just aren’t any words, and believe me, with all the therapy and studying I’ve done, they have a lot of words for all kinds of things associated with this sort of thing. I don’t know ALL of everything that happened to me (thank God) but in other ways it’s scary too, because I know I was “told things” to program me with while things were being done to me. I was programmed with God knows what. My sister, told me about what she thought were repeated dreams, but upon thinking about it, they couldn’t have been. We were both VERY sheltered daughters of a “minister”, Jim, James A Cernan. All of our relatives also belonged to this thing we thought was the holiest of churches and only real one. It was started by a group of men just over a century ago (more later). My sister told me she had a repeated “dream” when she was a kid, that she was being taken to a red bar with no windows, offered a drink, then held down and injected with drugs, then all the sexual things started, including pole dancing, table dancing and lap dancing. All as a pre pubescent child. But the thing was, at her age and level of sheltering, innocence and inexperience, she didn’t know anything about such things, she didn’t even know about drugs like that, or the things the men did, or had, or made her do. Even minor things like “pole dancing”. She was never ever exposed to the concept, let alone what it was. Then when she was 8, she was raped with cousins, the man pled guilty and was convicted. So this wasn’t all just “fantasy” or “dreams”, just that increased the chances of her “dreams”, which were already impossible for someone with her known experiences, being real. Now neither one of us have been able to get him even arrested so far, let alone tried and convicted, in any of the states he’s done it. He threatened to kill me if I ever told, so besides the virtually useless restraining orders, at least mom got a gun, training, and we both got self defense training. But when it came down to it, her business was ruined and we’ve had to live in hiding away from my sister too. Imagine YOUR OWN FATHER was the one doing all these things, or setting it up. And you weren’t the only ones. Imagine it leaving you with a version of Stockholm syndrome, thinking you’re in love with him! And believing there was nothing wrong with rape until a lot of therapy? Now, really imagine that pimp/rapist being your spouse, or the victim, your child or you. How do you feel? In fact, maybe it’s happened to you. The stats show it’s more likely than not. Then people forget it or not, and keep passing it on. I’ve tried to get media coverage with a version of this, including the above headline and other versions. Sometimes they have oddly nasty responses. Now that I’m finding that many news stories are actual fake “paid ads”, and about “prosecutorial misconduct” that can cut any way it pleases, I’m getting more pieces of the puzzle. And realizing it’s going to take a lot of people, and alternative ways to get info out, to get anything done. “Process slow. Don’t want cases we might lose.”, that’s what one D.A. said in one jurisdiction 4 years of victims later. Others have said, “come back when your 16, they you’ll be ready to testify and we’ll look at it again”. Other states I haven’t reported him or relatives to, are a lot more strict, but who knows. My sister and I have been raped and sold to fiends and psychos as long as we can remember, from OH and other states to the Front Range and mountain towns of CO. As Jim’s daughters and escaped victims, we know too much. We’re on his “hit list” and like I said, live in hiding haven committed no crimes. You have no idea how stressful just living in hiding is alone. Meanwhile, I’m living in a fugitive hell having broken no crimes, in fear for my life or worse, am constantly needing adjustments and yoga/physical therapy exercises, have very strange teeth problems and what one expert doctor called “unidentifiable genital wart type things” (likely an STD from an animal). Mom got the “full treatment”, was raised in this cult “church”, forced into an arranged marriage with Jim, who raped her when they met. We 3 women are the only escapees we know of. She can barely function and has been taken advantage of by her own lawyers and the system. Until recently, we had a really hard time reconciling in our mind all those horrible things and still feeling like we were in love with him. But finally did as we studied and went through therapy. I want to thank my in-laws for helping me so much that they’ve had their own lives ruined, even when others urged them not to get involved, and my brother in law for sticking by my sister, who has gone through much the same as I, and as you can imagine, only true love is allowing them to survive their marital problems. And thanks also to anyone who has helped us and been kind. I also want to thank my therapists for helping me and the MD who’s helped my sick father-in-law who’s been bedridden since finding out what Jim did (he won’t go to the hospital and has had heart attacks, strokes, and major surgery when unconscious). And I want to curse those who have helped and supported Jim and are still trying to hurt me and us. I’m pretty shocked about how many people don’t care, and how many lawyers won’t talk to you until they figure out how much it’s worth, and grateful to the few people who do care. While Jim may be a sociopath like Jeffs, and controls many people with his high “religious” position, Jim’s crimes are far worse. And while many states are finally making child rape the only other capital punishment crime other than murder, realizing (or politicizing) the fact that lifetime child rape screws you up so bad and leaves you with such suffering that you wish you had been murdered instead, the one’s we’ve been dealing with could care less. It makes my mind reel that Jeffs’ is charged by two states and on the 10 most wanted list and Jim doesn’t even get arrested despite far more evidence against him, and many more counts of more serious crimes. Jim is totally free and has access to our children and not even wanted for questioning. Jeffs must live in hiding hiding on the run (of course, one of Jim’s uncles was in the Secret Service). Jim doesn’t live in hiding, his location is known. He works weekend’s at the Vitamin Cottage in Lakewood (who I’m sure all believe his innocence and stories). He swore under oath to making $5800/mo before AND after taxes. Even if he could make that on a part time health food store job, we never knew about it and I always had to sleep on the floor when with him. Jim’s cult-church has 10 million members and billions of dollars constantly flowing into twice weekly service collections. Jeffs’ has either 5 to 10,000 members and maybe had millions? Our entire family, immediate and extended, belongs to it. According to their website and public doctrine, it started when a group of men declared they were Jesus’ original Apostles, come back from the days when they were here with Jesus, and NO ONE, not even the pope, can be saved without surrendering, receiving the holy spirit and being “sealed” by them (so you better sign up right away even if you’re Jesus). We don’t want to fight them unless forced to. We just want justice for our father, abuser and pimp, Jim - unless any of his family/cult members continue to aid or finance him, including my brothers (who we had to get protection orders against after they stalked, harassed, damaged mom’s business and appeared to have a kidnapping plot planned). Because we still lack media coverage, and thus aren’t in the public eye, we’re vulnerable. This message and where it will be sent will be a start if everyone passes it on. So until it’s suspicious to too many people if something happens to us, we’re not giving out the name of the Jim’s “church” at this time either. But it’s on record and a lot of people have it. Also, if they’ll make their members come clean and turn him over, we’ll drop any potential hassling of them or bringing them into the media limelight. However, you read at the beginning what some members and member/relatives have done to us. If they are supporting him, we won’t hesitate to file more charges, and it’s now a capital punishment crime in Montana, where much of it happened. We were taught God’s will is descendents of Eve (eve-il), are just made to serve/obey men and make babies. Jim’s prostitution addiction (introducing STD’s) and long term “polygamy”-like affairs with “flock” seeking marriage counseling are to be forgiven. Speaking of which, experts who examined me after we made our police report, said I had STD’s they couldn’t identify. It scares me to death especially knowing they might be from animals or God knows what. The “church’s” online forum and one of their websites also say ministers must first report sex abuse to superiors, not to the law. Jim said he was also ordered to defend one of his priests for child sex abuse, along with a superior. I’d consider that an official child sex abuser defense policy if true, wouldn’t you? There are many horrible details and other atrocities, but since this needs to be short, and is public, I don’t want to give away anything to Jim’s defense. The system teaches men like Jim they can get away with things like this without consequences. Just one of many examples, we have gotten nowhere with some police or judges. Ohio police have refused multiple attempts by myself, and others to file charges. Previously, they blew off and ignored her multiple class 1 felony charges against Jim (when she has hard indisputable police and court evidence of his multiple child sex crimes against her as a young child), and some in the system refuse to even speak with her to explain it or give her a chance to clear up any possible misunderstandings. We first lived in OH, then CO mountain towns, then when we moved to the Denver area, the horror continued (until my mother took me and moved out). I still couldn’t sleep in a bed, even though he was secretly rich (and I later found out we probably could have gotten them free if not dirt cheap). And how has he been able to hire lawyer after lawyer working weekends at a health food store? He supposedly had to stay home looking for work as a programmer, and wouldn’t let me go to with mom teaching piano, keeping me home as his sex slave and toy. He wouldn’t let us go to church, while he was going to his secretly. That reminds me, he hadn’t paid taxes for years (in OH days) and never claimed his income from pimping us (If anyone knows an IRS agent, they might be real interested, especially since he claimed my in-laws stole hundreds of thousands from him in his police report – it true, there should be a trail and if he claims he did it with hundreds of thousands in cash, a lot more agencies should be interested in where he got it. He said he couldn’t sell our house in OH, until he paid years of state back taxes in OH, and what would have paid off by a normal person, he supposedly only got under $20,000 for. Mom was such a zombie with PTSD and DID in those days, she just blindly obeyed him. She was ordered to marry him as an adult, and because of trying to escape the cult, and with her syndromes, she’s being punished and is like an unarmed victim with ton’s of money sticking out of her pockets in a bad neighborhood at night. Jim always took care of “her taxes”, finances and everything for her, leaving her unable to function in society or get a credit card even. Her father told her he’d rather see his kids dead than leave the “church”, and when she told him we were going to join a mainstream protestant religion, he hung up on her and never talked to her again. Many years ago. Then relative/member rapists offered to take me off their hands to “save my soul”. She’s now stuck with huge tax, accounting and lawyer bills. It’s like she has “victim” stamped all over her, because that’s what they made her. Again, this was all told to police, but without a therapist explaining her fog, they supposedly just took it as guilt. But Jim’s financing could be virtually bottomless. I just thought of this. A weekend job at A Denver area Vitamin Cottage would make a great “legit” cover for a cash launderer (pimp/programmer or someone with a money stash on the side? Also very illegal.). And since mom was home on weekends, I wasn’t of any use to him. So we badly need excellent, brave, un-bribable civil & custody lawyers. 1 in 581 abused kids are killed. With his death threats and attitude, my odds are far worse. I’ve come up with legal angles for safety but the system doesn’t care. States define and treat children as property, not citizens. At 13 and 14, I wasn’t even allowed to participate in or even HEAR anything about my own rape or custody cases. I wasn’t allowed to talk to judges or lawyers. No one even wanted my opinion about what really happened to me except when I was incapable because of PTSD, DID or being physically ill one time after driving in a sealed car breathing Carbon Monoxide for hours. I even had to sneak reading about what was going on, and got threatened by “authorities” for looking at my own case. What I told my therapist, was the most important info in the entire case, and she was not only deliberately blocked from all of it, but also ordered by police/prosecutors to tell me not to speak with my sister (even though she’d just told us our relationship was vital for my mental health). All in the name of “being able to prosecute him and keeping his defense from having ammo”. And mom is in a fog so bad that I could have handled my own case better. I also know more about the law. Treating young citizens as property is an excuse to deny us our civil rights and even turn their backs on investigating, enforcing and prosecuting such cases of severe life-devastating abuse. The same Constitutional Amendment (14) of “Equal Protection”, that was used to force the states to repeal laws against interracial marriage in 1967 needs to be invoked for us. It clearly, without a doubt, defines us as full citizens with all the rights of same, with no age or race limitations, and also says the states are not allowed to abridge that. In fact, the entire custody proceedings, hearings, and final orders are unconstitutional. Denying children their civil rights, is similar to the treatment of women’s rights and racial civil rights issues of the past. They required federal intervention to force states to obey the constitution and Bill of Rights. This issue will likely ultimately require the same type of congressional and federal law enforcement measures. I demand my civil rights! I will fight for them as the founders of our nation did and told us we must do when we are denied justice, if that is all that is left to me. At this point, this is a constitutional and civil rights abuse issue. Will the Department of Justice, Congress and Judiciary step up to the plate on this, or are US children even less important than immigrants and oil prices? As John Lennon, who controversially wrote about the worldwide abuse of women, “Women are the niggers of the world”, (This statement is in no way intended as racist or offensive, only a horrible truth among so much injustice and discrimination). I believe if he were alive now, he would expound upon and attack the last vestige of discrimination. He was talking about the degrading treatment of second class citizens, and slave like treatment the women of the world must endure, and comparing it to racial discrimination and treatment. It’s even worse now for children, and worse of course, for female children. If it were just women being raped by priests, I don’t believe the Catholic scandal would have gone anywhere at all. Children are sold to use as child slave labor working in unbelievable conditions of overwork, undernourishment, and beatings. And they’re lucky compared to the ones sold into sexual slavery, who in some cases, are killed during sex if the price is right. If you have any inside contacts who have shown STRONG interest in this story, PLEASE let us know ASAP. We’ve tried O’Reilly, Nancy Grace, CNN’s producers and anchors, and all the networks, from national to local to no avail. But if hundreds of people contact them, maybe someone will listen. If we can raise gifts near a $100,000.00, we might be able to get a story “bought” somewhere, but still won’t have anything for lawyers or living. I also want to blaze a trail to help others who don’t have a voice and want to fight for justice and the right to their free will including the rights granted to us by our forbearers who wrote the Declaration, Constitution and Bill of Rights. Also, our projects and we are despised by those who want economic slavery, child work slaves, sex slavery, genocide, etc. The eternal battle throughout history has been one of freedom against slavery. It’s worse now than ever. But there is no neutral ground. You must ally with one side or another. Pretending “not to get involved” is taking an active choice to support the darkness. We’ve chosen the side of actively fighting for good, and sure, we have a harder time because of that. But also, as our enemies know, we do bite back. While you can’t “flip off” evil and not expect some repercussions, you can’t “flip off” God and not expect any repercussions either. And guess who is a lot more powerful and the only thing that can win in the end. Maybe not now, maybe not on the Earth, but while evil doesn’t like to think about how long eternity is, it is timeless, and that is longer than anything. SOCIOPATHS AND CHRONIC LIARS Young kids don’t yet have the “social niceties” programming adults do yet and can sense things better. Have you ever seen a baby react horribly to being held by someone, and it seems to make no sense? The children of mutual friends had a violent fearful reaction to Jim, that was noted by their mother. We met a high ranking detective who, before my wife could get a couple of words out about what happened to her, he said “You’re the victim of ritual sex abuse”. Believe it or not, I think the official fed stance on that is there is no such thing (or Satanic ritual abuse, I can’t remember). In any case, it seems that all the men in this “church cult” practice it on their little kids, and spent a night alone with them. The detective went on to say, “Don’t try and save your younger sister. Your lives will all be ruined and it will be a blood bath”. So far, it’s gone as he predicted, with the exception that she is at least safe for now, and I believe will be in the “soul” sense forever. And we can live with ourselves, which we couldn’t have if we’d walked away. We have a clean conscience, which many people these days ignore as much as possible. But does it “catch up”? Now we recently finished reading police and social services reports and comparing them to the unbiased PI reports. It is obvious there was a lot more going on with them too. In the first so-called police investigation (and after), Jim claimed that the sexual exploitation/slavery allegations against him were untrue - made up by his kids because they were brainwashed by a “dangerous cult”. He concocted a web of flimsy lies to try and cover up his crimes, so badly, that if this wasn’t so serious, his first police report would make a great comedy show. His police interviews are full of massive inconsistencies, lies and contradictions it’s unbelievable. Still, for some reason, (which looks increasingly sinister), the system has repeatedly overlooked that and his obvious guilt. Around that time, Jim stole a car from us which had thousands of dollars worth of business equipment in it and began harassing/terrorizing us day and night. The police said that the car theft (which included three misdemeanors and a felony or two), was a civil matter and we'd have to sue him (another lawyer we need). The stalking was horrifying and we fled the area rather than end up hurt or dead and my wife couldn’t even sleep she was so terrified. I’ll skip over a lot of the nightmare, as it would turn into a novel if I covered it all. Next began a long, hideous custody battle over the younger daughter. She slowly began revealing Jim had promised to kill her if she ever told anyone what he'd done to/with her, and with his increasingly insane actions and the police letting him get away with it, and the statistics, it looked more possible. top TO SKIP THE REST OF THIS EZINE AND GET RIGHT TO WHAT WE NEED AND ARE GIVING CLICK HERE. THE CUSTODY CASE SUMMARY After about a year of claiming and using perjury and secret hearings allegedly because he had to get sole custody ASAP to save his child from this hideous dangerous suicidal cult he made up, a court appointed rep for the kid requested that Jim take a new, extremely accurate pedophile sex offender test. Suddenly, Jim was ready to drop his fake quest to “save” his daughter, and asked the judge that if he gave up all his parental rights, would she let him out of taking the sex offender test. He did not want to take that test. It seems obvious for any honest person with a pulse – the guy wont take the test because he’s a perjuring pedophile child pimp, his daughters’ stories are true and he was making up all of that hoo-hah about a cult to evade justice. The judge on the case, an ex-child abuse prosecutor we’re told, allowed Jim out of the sex test without an explanation or removing all his rights (yet did make the restraining order against him permanent). She also shockingly issued an order that the two sisters have no contact, nor the mother and her older daughter, and that Jim be notified of important changes in her life, which implies that the judge believed Jim’s story even after that “deal”/admission. The whole thing stinks to high heaven in too many ways to list. We saw a documentary called “Small Justice”, which covers the sort of corruption that faces abused kids at the hands of the system during custody battles. It’s worth seeing – eye opening. Click here for more info on it. And so he has a restraining order, but ways to find her. Big deal. Did you know that according to the dept. of justice 80% of restraining orders are broken? And paper doesn’t stop bullets, knives or fists? Or that 1 out of 581 abused kids are eventually killed. And those aren’t the ones TOLD they’d be killed if they talked. A big point here, is that on every step throughout this case, every aspect of the system has somehow served to endanger the already traumatized, endangered and harmed child (and her mom), and in fact, helped cover the tracks of a criminal child exploiter. Our research tells us that this situation is not unusual. It’s sadly, all too common. I know that most people who have suffered from these crimes wouldn’t have the strength to fight their way out of it like we have helped these kids do. It’s left us drained in all ways, I cannot describe to you how painful this has been, and it’s not over yet. We’re trying to keep up the good fight, but we’re ragged. I feel so horribly sad for all the silent victims out there who’ve been through this, who didn’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of breaking free from this slavery system without outside help. According to my young sister in law, the custody order is against CO rules of law regarding first amendment and child endangerment issues, and the judge prejudged the case - also against the body of Colorado case law. Also, the “advocate” both broke her own governing/licensing body rules, and rules set by the Supreme Court of CO governing the behavior of advocates (another attorney we need, along with one to challenge the court order, law enforcement, judicial misconduct and several civil cases, including my wife and mine, his theft of our car and the police ignoring it, conspiracy, little sis’s civil case against Jim, one for an attorney Jim accused of being a cultist, and more). We still have good hopes that he will be criminally charged with multiple counts of child rapes, conspiracy, child pimping, etc., especially with states finally realizing how serious this crime is and making it the only other capital punishment crime other than murder, and he’s done it to her in a lot of states, including the new capital punishment one’s that may not take it as lightly as his local supporters have so far. One of them, happens to be where their other child rapists live – Montana. So they better think twice about lying or supporting Jim just because he’s part of their cult and his ex wife and daughters aren’t anymore. According to his ex wife’s mother, her father said he’d rather see his kids dead then leave the “church”. Since the criminal legal system isn’t jumping on it fast, we’ve turned to the civil courts, much like they did in the OJ case, and hopefully some measure of justice will be found in that way at least. His late police reports, his legal depositions, court records – etc.. He doesn’t have a chance in civil court, other than living in poverty the rest of his life after they judge against him. We’re set for August as last I heard. It appears his younger daughter will be suing him civilly also. We have some surprises for him too, but since he may be getting this Ezine we don’t want to say too much. Ironically, here is a message from a friend who I explained the situation to and was asked to include the following (it will be in purple ink like this): “There will be no justice until those who are not harmed by crime are as outraged as those who are.”- King Solomon. This is a call to help. We could be down for the count, this family and their charities down for the count, or we could spring back. It’s your time to step forward and take action if you care. If you don’t actively join in the cause of light, you are aiding the darkness, whether deliberately or not, whether you think so or not. If that is the case, you’re in the wrong place, both in the sense of the website you’re on, and inside yourself. You’ll realize the primary issue of all of it is what you commonly call the golden rule. Not just as a saying to hang on your wall either. Or to speak as words that you do not honor as being truthful by your actions. It is THE rule to live your life by. Even today in the grossly misrepresented mistranslated deliberately mis-edited King James version of the bible, Jesus' commandment, one of the primary, the most important precept we live by was missed by the editors, and found its way through, hacked up though it was to avoid other issues. It quotes Him as saying, “Love others as I have loved you. By THAT will they know you are my followers. I bring you this as a new commandment.” (Paraphrased from King James Bible version, but the King has no copyright or exclusive rights to Jesus' teachings. Where did they get those teachings from anyway? It’s my understanding from “theological experts” that go back to the earliest teachings they can find, or are allowed to find, allowed to release or discuss, say, “And where did those teachings come from?” Good question. And it may have been answered. Has it been answered for you? Even that quote above says it all. If you don’t live by it, you may as well just unsubscribe to this newsletter, because you don’t belong on it. It’s for people who care about others, about the world, and acting to help whenever possible, not just for people to get free interesting tips, information, entertainment, ideas for material success, inspiration, fascinating stories, health advice, etc. It’s for those who understand and really live by the golden rule, who sacrifice everything for their spirit, for God. Now there is a movie out. The DaVinci Code, that begins to touch closer to the whole truth. Some call what it’s based on Gnosticism, whatever it’s called, the truths have been highly edited out of the modern version of the bible, and while radicals will say the “bible”, regardless of version, “is the word of God” and regardless of how much it is trashed, twisted, and edited for selfish reasons, “God wanted it to be so”. As I’ve heard in the US, “If you believe that, I have a great deal on some swamp land in Florida for you”. Or something like that. Even though those teachings are approaching the truth, so what? And as far as “the bible”, even the version out there has many good things left in it, one is the very beginning, but you can only understand it if you know more. It never says the book, the paper, the text is the word of God, the book itself says, “In the beginning was the Word. And the Word WAS God.” Of course, while still from a highly multiply translated version, it is true. Those of you familiar with that word, in Hebrew, spelled in the letters of the ancient alphabet in which each character has deep meanings, Yod-He-Vau-He, sounds still considered sacred by many Native Americans, and slurred together over time and translation, also known as Jehovah (if you leave the second “He” off). It is said that he who understands this Word, (and sometimes is misunderstood as “he who can properly pronounce this Word”) has the power to open the gates of Heaven and Earth. It is both the name of God, and a secret code for all creation itself, the Universe itself, God itself, far beyond the arguments of females being involved with Jesus as in the Da Vinci Code, or other such focuses, or religion. His crucifixion was true suffering, it was real, it was also symbolic of what all of us, and you must do in one way or another, to transcend the flesh and return to spirit with God. It was done so that his teachings of love THE GOLDEN RULE, would be known and remembered and spoken throughout the world, until the end of our time. Power, sexism and such have radically altered the truth. It is interesting. The timing. That book and the movie could have been stopped. But they didn’t stop it. The dark powers that be don’t really care what you know anymore, because soon, it won’t matter. What would have made a more important movie and a better selling book, the “code”, not just your fascination or entertainment. And even then, where did the true teachings of this code come from. Many books have been written, but none have sought out it’s true source. They ask also, “What is the true source of the teachings of the Bible?”. It is on their bookshelf, but none have sought it out but the few who may understand and honor it. Are you willing to sacrifice? Because you get what you give. Who you make of yourself are those who you will vibrationally be fit to live with. Do you belong in “Heaven” yet? Is what you are being asked now, and about to be asked, too great a sacrifice? Then so be it. Free will, is the greatest of God’s laws, both that, and the fact that you will get what you give and you will live amongst your own ultimately, all must follow universal law, the laws of God. The legal system’s functioning in this situation, as it goes most everywhere in the world, and their behavior is atrocious. The legal system, the greatest that was ever given to let humankind flourish under, or trash, has been decided by the free will of the people. We and our forebearers have already trashed the beautiful gift. The gem no longer glistens. The only hope that still exists lies only inside you, and outside you, in God. If King Solomon, known for his wisdom before he discovered sex and lost all, trading it for lust, had power over this in his bright days, I have it on good authority that he and his father would have dealt with it somewhat like this. “For every day that has traversed in which these subjects in good standing with the court and the Spirit, including the women who have suffered so much in attempt to become free from hideous bondage and sufferings, and those who have braved death and life, suffered and sacrificed themselves also to help them, there will be a momentous fine levied upon all parties involved to the injustices. If it is not immediately stopped, and reparations immediately made, as it continues daily, the punishment will increase accordingly. Since these are days and times that can not be purchased or brought back by God or magic, and are thus experiences, chances, crossroads, opportunities, lost forever, those involved will further spend a day of hard labor in prisons, with no visitation allowed, and no friends allowed, nor kindly treatment, for every day that this has gone on. You have stolen their lives, their ability to share, be together, do things together, share their love for each other in person, and experience the unique times that would have been for them as gifts from God. Furthermore, any officials who fail to act on this as the life stealing emergency it is, for that family, should be removed from their positions, possessions, and offices, as the case may be, left with no further power for the rest of their lives. So Mote it be”. Of course, one would hope that such injustice and behaviors had not come into existence back then, but who knows. In agreement, we find the same to be just, and those who do not come to the aid of we who are attempting to fight slavery throughout the world from the beginning of history, and those assisting us, have no place among us, or any purpose in hearing our words as they will only fall on deaf ears, also, as our orders Jesus has said, “throw not pearls before swine”. top We’re grateful for this contact, especially now as we’re so frustrated and floundering.
